One of our group even left a bracelet in her room on the day we were leaving and they arranged for it to be posted back to us. Incredibly lovely and helpful staff. The breakfast was also delicious!"

"We had a good time at Terra Cave hotel. The place is well located and has a nice terrace with a view and a large breakfast area. The bedroom was spacious, cozy, and well decorated. The only issue was the bathroom, which we thought was old-looking and not super convenient (for instance, the sink didn't have any shelves). Some maintenance issues as well (old appliances, bathroom door didn't close properly, the fiddly shower head, etc.). Some plant pots were also missing their plants in the common grounds... just little details that could be improved. But the personnel was kind and attentive."

"Gunay the main guy at reception was really lovely and nice, so helpful, The cat Luna was also very welcoming. The hotel had character and was quaint. The only issue i had was the breasfast staff. I was leaving the breakfast area and took an extra cookie that was in a wrapper and was told off, he said that i can't do take away and can only eat it. I think that was pretty inappropriate and mean as i only took a few extra cookies and i hardly ate anything at the breakfast table, plus it was just a cookie. I also think it was not welcoming or nice to tell your hotel guest that unless it was unreasonable i was emptying everything out onto a doggy bag, Please train your staff better."
