The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. The Ismael hotel is conveniently located next to the park and a short walk to the submay station. The staff of this hotel are genuine people friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. It was my first trip to Santiago and I arrived at the Ismael without any idea of where to start or what to see. Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

Time Select is a wonderful place to stay in Santiago. It’s a sleek, contemporary designed hotel on a quiet, tree-lined street, close to restaurants, shops and galleries. The staff we incredibly helpful, and went to great lengths to insure we had a great stay. We had to check out early to catch a flight, and they brought us breakfast fixings the night before, as we left too early to get breakfast.

Room was cleanm. Hotel sent driver to pick us up and arranged driver to drop us off to the airport. (With fee)

We were only there overnight, but we were able to check in early and were upgraded to the Towers at no extra charge. Every staff member we met was very polite and could not have been any more helpful.

Amaizing all great with this hotel

I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!

This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!).
