I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. The Ismael hotel is conveniently located next to the park and a short walk to the submay station. The staff of this hotel are genuine people friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.

The location of the hotel is close to all kind of restaurants, the Costanera Center and a metro station.

The hotel is well located in a desirable area. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The amenities are comparable to a 5 star hotel. The spa area is Inviting and relaxing after a nice work out? The bar area is an enjoyable place to greet and meet other hotel guess and compare the day trip experiences.

Close to shopping very walkable area

Super location. Modern and clean design. Top Floor is a great place to hangout or conduct business meetings. Friendly stuff and buffet breakfast add good value for our stay. 4 bottles of water and 4 coffee pods are included in every room no matter how many nights are booked.

Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

Hotel Bonaparte is my home away from home. The front desk reception personnel are so friendly, professional and courteous. Same goes to the personnel in restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Hotel is clean, comfortable and food is amazing. Beautiful neighborhood and walk into Providencia shopping. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Staff were great and the hotel was very clean. What I didn’t like was lake of available snacks and drinks for purchase and that I had to make airport pickup reservations 48 hours in advance. Word of advise the printed receipt that is give upon entry to Chile by immigration and customs must be shown with the passport to be able to stay at this hotel. We had stayed on Easter island for some time and couldn’t find the receipt. Lucky for us my wife had hers.

This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!). It's conveniently located next to an enormous mall that has everything you could imagine. It also has the ticket location for the Hop On/Hop Off bus, Turistik. Highly recommend that. The hotel was beyond accommodating in every aspect! Being able to book a tour in the lobby was a big plus. Loved the area, would definitely recommend!
