This hotel is absolutely beautiful and so are the staff! A must stay here!

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia hotel. The boutique hotel is beautiful and the location is great, right in the middle of downtown Santiago and within walking distance to most attractions, yet very quiet. The rooms are modern, bathrooms great, good shower pressure, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed te rooftop terrace for drinks and one dinner. The staff was very helpful. Warm Chilian hospitality-balked at welcoming us after all nighting into Santiago from Miami-but "rushed " our room ready within two hours of arrival. Great location-walking to everywhere important except one restaurant a must- La Mer -a cab ride away. Great rooms-super bathrooms-ice delivery a little slow but "it gets there !! I repeated my stay on the way home-they deserved it !

Clean, classic hotel with great service. Very convenient to central city sights, but also on the fringe of a sketchy neighborhood. Unfortunately the locals choose to express their selves with lots of graffiti along the streets, which distracts from the charm of the hotel and area.

The Ismael hotel is conveniently located next to the park and a short walk to the submay station. The staff of this hotel are genuine people friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Time Select is a wonderful place to stay in Santiago. It’s a sleek, contemporary designed hotel on a quiet, tree-lined street, close to restaurants, shops and galleries. I needed to stay at this hotel for only a few hours, and it was within walking distance of my location and next to a lot of places in the city. My boyfriend´s father had a hotel reserved for us, and we had no problem getting a room. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was easy to get in and out of the room and hotel. I also liked that there was a worker who opened the door for me when I arrived with my luggage.

Super location. Modern and clean design. Top Floor is a great place to hangout or conduct business meetings. Friendly stuff and buffet breakfast add good value for our stay. 4 bottles of water and 4 coffee pods are included in every room no matter how many nights are booked.

Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

Hotel Bonaparte is my home away from home. The front desk reception personnel are so friendly, professional and courteous. Same goes to the personnel in restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Hotel is clean, comfortable and food is amazing. Beautiful neighborhood and walk into Providencia shopping. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.
