The Ismael hotel is conveniently located next to the park and a short walk to the submay station. The staff of this hotel are genuine people friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. ALMOST PERFECT. Great price, clean modern, beautiful. Great service. Two issues, one is no way to boil water in the room. Bathroom has very little privacy... and sound travels :)

It was a perfect stay for a 3 day travel

Some of staff was bilingual, and ready to assist us at all times during the day and night. The other staff such as security guards were attentive and also ready to assist with whatever was needed. The room very clean, the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast very good and we ate dinner in the restaurant one night. It was delicious and the staff was also very kind and attentive. This hotel was very convenient to shopping, the subway and the bus station. Highly recommend.

This is a super nice property in Santiago. It used to be the tallest building in the city so it's a big hotel but rooms are nice and the linens feel good (after being on the road for a while it's nice to have good towels!). It's conveniently located next to an enormous mall that has everything you could imagine. It also has the ticket location for the Hop On/Hop Off bus, Turistik. Highly recommend that. Staff were great and the hotel was very clean. What I didn’t like was lake of available snacks and drinks for purchase and that I had to make airport pickup reservations 48 hours in advance. Word of advise the printed receipt that is give upon entry to Chile by immigration and customs must be shown with the passport to be able to stay at this hotel. We had stayed on Easter island for some time and couldn’t find the receipt. Lucky for us my wife had hers.

Excellent staff, air conditioning and locations!

I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!

First time at this hotel. Friendly staff. Very nice property and good selection of breakfast items. Especially liked the lobby area and the abundance of indoor and outdoor seating areas for meetings, eating or drinking. Highly recommend this hotel. Very good WiFi. Good value overall.
