Hotels in Castle Junction

There was a problem with our booking in which it was rejected by the chalet but hotels.com showed the booking was still confirmed. This caused quite a headache at check-in (especially since there's really nowhere else around to stay if the booking fell through), but after a bit of insistence we were given a more expensive but discounted cabin. We booked this location as we saw it as a great end to our holiday. And it didn’t disappoint, it was everything we expected it to be. It put us into the middle of nature, peace and tranquillity. We were well looked after and to top our trip we saw a bear. We will be back.

Excellent rustic experience. We received a complimentary upgrade to a bungalow and it was such a pleasant surprise. This property is nearly 90 years old and super well maintained and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful and had excellent recommendations for things to do. Amy in the bistro was also fantastic and had great recommendations for places to eat in Banff.

Incredible place to stay - I would not book anywhere else but here. We had the pleasure of staying in the Temple Suite and I have never stayed at such a charming, convenient and perfect spot. Lovely hotel in the heart of Banff. Nice balcony that allows you to watch the activities on the street below.

The restaurants exceeded our expectations on all meals, and we ate 5 there.. At night, the one upstairs has a wolverine pizza that s exCEPTional! All wait staff wonderful and friendly, worth staying for sure!

Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms at an outstanding location. Service and staff were great. Easy access to the bus for skiing and a good restaurant (only ate breakfast though they serve all meals). Definitely would return!

Property is lovely, unfortunately the hot tubs were closed for maintenance. The sink was very slow draining and the toilet ran throughout our stay. Send up the plumber to room 406. I would stay again.

Great property. The main areas are undergoing construction but rooms are complete and very nice. Great location in downtown Banff

The room was nice as was the bathroom. We were right off the lobby near the elevator which is normally something that would drive me crazy but it was not an issue. The hotel was nice and left earplugs in our room just in case, but I had my Sleep Pillow app running on white noice, so we heard nothing. I want to put in a plug for the restocking, Farm to Table. Excellent. Had breakfast and dinner there and I highly recommend. The location of the hotel is very convenient and parking in their garage...

Very much enjoyed our stay. The location on fantastic there was so much within walking distance. All the price was a bit high. It was worth it to be right in downtown Banff.
