We felt the property was over priced for what you get, room was tired and a little grubby and the sofa bed in our one bedroom apartment was simply awful. That being said, the location, minutes from the Lake Louise/Moraine Lake park and ride, is what this hotel is all about... But that should not be an excuse for poor accommodation. We loved the area, but after 2 nights we were grateful to be moving on.
