I like hotels that you can back your car up to the door to unload. Location was good since we could walk to restaurants for dinner and not get back in the car. Staff was polite and professional. Cookies in the lobby. The free breakfast was below average. Way too small of an area for the large crowd; broken toaster; only fruit loops as a cereal option; just disappointing. Safety note: watch out for tall door threshold as a tripping hazard.

We felt the property was over priced for what you get, room was tired and a little grubby and the sofa bed in our one bedroom apartment was simply awful. That being said, the location, minutes from the Lake Louise/Moraine Lake park and ride, is what this hotel is all about... But that should not be an excuse for poor accommodation. We loved the area, but after 2 nights we were grateful to be moving on.
