"Beautiful room, elegant smaller hotel. Excellent lakeside location. Lovely pool. Excellent restaurant (so much so that you need a reservation). Courteous, very helpful staff."

"My husband and toddler son had an amazing time at the Beau Rivage Palace. The hospitality here really impressed me. All the staff were kind and welcoming. Great location. Close to the train station. We will definitely visit again. What a beautiful place. It really is a Palace!"

"Very good place for business trip"

"Wonderfully located hotel with very helpful staff members!"

"The best aspect of this hotel is how close it is to the Lausanne train station. I don't think the hotel has maintained a 4-star level, but the reception desk personnel are extremely accommodating and helpful, and the Standard Double category room was spacious and comfortable. Although the mattress could be updated, and the hotel decor is a bit odd, overall, I prefer this hotel to others I've stayed in around Lausanne."

"Great people, lovely location."

"Spacious, easy to get to from station, excellent breakfast and eating area."

"Clean and new, helpful staff. Good location"

"Clean apartments, next to the lake, and had nice gym and spa facilities. "

"The staff were really helpful and pleasant, and the hotel is ideally placed in the centre of town. The rooms are small, but clean and functional. "

"Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful, but this is quite a tired hotel in a very average part of Renens with limited local dining options. The room was hot although a fan was provided. Breakfast was included, but wasn't great."

"Well located hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Well located to travel by train and explore Lausanne."
