The staff service at the hotel was excellent from the arrival through to check out. We had a problem with the room with which we were initially provided, and were provided with an alternative, excellent room without any issues. Views of the lake from the room were beautiful.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Free metro and bus with stay. Do not walk from train station to hotel. It's short but killer uphill on cobblestones. No fun with suitcase.Highly recommended!

It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel, and the views of the lake from the balcony were stunning. I would absolutely return here on my next trip! Highly recommend!

10/10 Exceptional

The room had sort of a wierd smell when I entered but they had someone come up and check quickly. I think the room just needed some fresh air so I kept the windows open for several hours and it got better. My room unfortunately did not have any view (only a treadmill in the gym) but it was spacious and clean, especially the bathroom. But as some other visitors mentioned, the walk up to the hotel from the train station was quite challenging - thank God I only had one luggage! :)
