"Clean room, walking distance to the chateau Frontenac which I loved! TV dis not work even though we weren’t in the room much. AC is property set, would have wanted to control it a little because it was a bit warm in the room. Other than that, this is a great little boutique hotel in old Quebec."

"Pool and hot tub great, room was fantastic, the tub in the room wasn’t really clean upon arrival, otherwise very clean and comfortable. Not great was that we have prepaid breakfast and whenever we wanted to have breakfast we were told to wait 1.5 hrs because they are waiting on a big party, it’s a breakfast buffet, I expect not to wait for a table for 1.5 hrs as a hotel guest with a hungry toddler, especially when it was already prepaid for, so basically the hotel knows we will eat there….."

"La piscine semble malheureusement manquer d’entretien : on remarque des traces brunes sur le contour ainsi qu’un taux d’humidité très élevé. Je comprends toutefois que les améliorations nécessaires pourraient représenter des coûts importants. De plus, le savon dégage une odeur de citron très prononcée et, pour terminer, la pression de la douche est vraiment insuffisante. Mes les couvertes serviette très propre , la chambre était bien , café gratuit , mon conjoint a bien aimé le déjeuner surtout la variété, beau petit gym et salle sejour détente bien . Merci pour le séjour 😊"
