The location was perfect -away from the congestion and noise of town with an amazing view. It is also right off bike path and the bike rental on property was key. The staff was so amazing!
The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.
The location was perfect. It was close to the train and bus station, as well as the beautiful waterfront dining and shopping areas. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Nice balcony, hot shower, comfortable beds, nice linens. The staff were very friendly. They stored our bags for no additional charge after checkout while we explored the town. I would highly recommend. It was perfect for us.
Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Olga, who patiently answered all of my questions. The complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch. The electric drying rack in the room was especially convenient when traveling with a child. Thoughtful amenities and excellent service—we’d happily stay here again!

It’s close to the airport, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with alot of selection. Close to the bus station. I highly recommend it to a family member and friends. If I go back in Geneva I will stay there again.
We chose Novotel for its convenient location 150 meters from the train station. It turned out to be a great choice all around; we enjoyed an executive room, as well as very good meals in the hotel restaurant. Staff were friendly, helpful, and were all English speakers.

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center).
