"My issue with the room I booked was promptly resolved and I was kindly given a wonderful room in my stay. The room was outstanding and I really appreciate how even though I arrived outside reception hours, I was greeted by a staff member within 5 min and my problem was resolved with no questions asked. The internet and so Netflix was all over the shop, (it kept dropping out), we will blame that on the weather. LOved that we could open the windows and the room had a ceiling fan; we didn't use the A/C at all."

The only negative and its more - too hard to tell from either description/photos is that our balcony directly faced the side of an unattractive 2 storey home.
