I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the minute we walked in until we left the next day. The people were incredible. Very attentive, kind and accomodating. The food was beyond fabulous. We had an amazing dinner with multiple courses and all were superb! Our giraffe feeding treehouse was impeccably furnished and very clean. The giraffe feeding experience as well as the guided tour were fun and informative. If you get a chance, go to this place it will not disappoint!

This is an older hotel but extremely comfortable the staff are wonderful, Always happy to help in any way. Resteraunt is great. Have a Happy hour everyday. Parking is complimentary lovely stay

It was a nicely quiet hotel. The receptionists were super friendly. The only slightly odd thing is that the reception is one floor up and the elevator not obvious (around the corner and down the hallway), so people with heavy luggage or in a wheelchair may be a bit baffled at first. A sign might help...
