We loved the location and the staff were very helpful and friendly! The room was quite large and had most things we needed although an oven would have been nice too. The location was great as well as it was close to a shopping centre and places to eat.

The rooms are immaculate, comfortable, spacious and updated. I absolutely love staying at Avenue Hotel. Amenities are great - I recommend a spa king 1 bdrm. It has a kitchenette, big fridge and a lounge room. The air con is very good and there is a lovely, luxurious set of robes in the bedroom cupboard. The bed and pillows are soooo comfy. I just love this place every time I stay there.

8/10 Very good

Check in was seamless and quick. Staff at the desk were pleasant to deal with. Our room was ready at 12 and was able to check in. The room was lovely. Clean with all the amenities. Location was ideal. Close to the city centre. The only thing that brought my rating of this hotel down was the breakfast. The restaurant was very understaffed for the amount of guests . We needed to constantly request for things that had run out at the buffet.variety of food was very simple. Not worth the cost.
