We stay here when ever we come to Canberra since 2019, hotels before were never as good. We highly recommend this hotel. The beds are amazing and I get a great nights sleep.

The hotel is looking like it needs a renovation, chipped furniture, worn carpets etc. However the beds were excellent with clean, crisp line and ample hot water in the bathroom, our room overlooked Northbourne Ave and still very quiet overnight. Worst part was the pillows, hard as rock or so thick they gave you a sore neck. Having said that, very few hotels we have stayed in provide decent pillows.
