The hotel was in a great location and the cleaning staff were amazing, but the manager who checked us in on the Sunday was not very pleasant at all barely spoke to us when checking us in and never gave instructions for after hours entry to the hotel, when crossing paths with him over our stay he was very short and quite rude he was definitely not a people person, I would stay again just think the manager as other staff called him, he may need a hug or a holiday himself.

Old world charm in the pub and bistro. Cosy sitting by the fire. Dinner was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature excellent. Room was clean and quiet. Located in the centre of town, couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend and would stay here again when in town.

Ideally situated in the centre of town. Excellent food and service in the terrace restaurant. Room was a generous size and the facilities good. The bed was a comfort bonus as was the reverse cycle aircon and extra blanket as the nights were chilly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
