Impeccable, the room was awesome, great value, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The view of the city was nice from our balcony and we enjoyed the sun while it set. This is a place you can stay for a week to enjoy the surrounds, newly renovated, would definitely stay again, get a pic of the gold panner while it still there, nearly year old.

I stay here all the time when in Bathurst. But unfortunately this time the single bed in room 3 was absolutely terrible. The mattress is soo old when you sit down on it you can feel and hear the coils. Its very uncomfortable. Its a very old style mattress and really really needs to be thrown out. My partner slept in the other bed and it was good. He has dementia so can't sleep with him.
