"Hotel position is very very nice, directly on Rhein riverside. And we got a room upgrade for a riverside balcony double room. But for being a 4-star hotel it has also some pretty obvious weaknesses: no air conditioning in the room and very weak elsewhere in the lobby - a fan was placed on a chair in the room, but it just moves hot air around and doesn't give much of a relief. Breakfast buffet also quite unsatisfactory compared to other similar hotels, and very expensive at 25 CHF per person...
