The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.
The staff was incredible. I arrived very weary from the trip and in need of several things. Staff assisted very kindly and compassionately throughout my stay. It was the best experience I had in Naples. I would stay there again.
Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all.

I was at first a little apprehensive because I was worried about not being able to find the hotel so I appreciated the video guide sent to me a few days prior. This was my first solo travel trip and I felt very safe staying with H22. I became very sick while there. I don't know what I would have done if not for the hotel staff they were very concerned and even called the doctor for me and went to the pharmacy and got medicine for me. The room service staff took good care of me check in on me regularly to make sure I had food and water. I can't recommend them enough. Their kindness was amazing. If that had been in the USA I'd be sunk. A beautiful place with wonderful people
Great location 3 blocks from Napoli centrale. However area around it is a bit shady and walk fast at night, especially with luggage. There is great food around as well. The rooms are clean and tidy, just like any Ibis hotel. Despite the shady area, would still stay anytime due to the location and value to the train station. Went to Pompeii next morning upon checkout, very fast.
