Very convenient to the train station and the meeting point for many of the local tours. A lot of restaurants very close by. Strong police presence so it feels very safe around the hotel.

Convenient location right next to the train station. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Super clean rooms.

Wonderful hotel room. Large room with large bath and walk-in shower. Room was clean and had good amenities. My one complaint would be that there was enough room for a larger chair to relax (and that would have been nice)

Superb location, just across the street from the train station. Room had a good view with outdoor space, Vesuvius view, room service food was tasty, and the place was relatively clean. We would consider staying again.

8/10 Very good

The location of the hotel is great. The airport bus stop right near the hotel, and the metro station is few steps from the hotel. It is right across the train station. Some restorans near by. And it seems to be safe to walk in the evning.

Everything about the hotel is perfect! We stayed at the de luxe room with view of Vesuvius and it was so much better than the photos! Great selection of breakfast too. Location is central so it’s busy but you have the convenience of the metro.

Spent one night at the Star Hotels Terminus in Naples, Italy. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. They made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The Naples train station was very convenient. Just across the street from the hotel. The Naples International Airport was about 15-20 minutes away from the hotel. Quick taxi ride.

Perfect location next to the train station for exploring Naples or catching a train to other parts of Italy. Excellent breakfast and good restaurants next to the total.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom met our expectations. However, the bedroom floor was a bit dusty. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good.

2/10 Poor

Unfortunately, the hotel is not in a very good location. The surrounding area is dirty, with rubbish on the streets and some suspicious-looking people. There is also a frequent police presence. I didn’t feel particularly safe or comfortable walking around the area alone, especially at night. There is a lot of noise from the street every night, even with the windows closed. On the positive side, the hotel is clean, the breakfast is good, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.(oktober,2026.)

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel for an overnight stay in Napoli that is right next to the central station. As expected outside the hotel, it is extremely crowded, but we did not venture out since we stayed there for a quick overnight stay and checked out early in the morning.

Convenient location near the train station, the room is very nice and balcony had a view of the Vesuvio volcano. The noise from the street is a bit loud in the evening otherwise it was a nice stay for us.

Ignore the outside area, that is not the hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was nice, restaurant provided a great breakfast and the dinner menu looked nice.
