Lovely place in Naples, we really enjoyed our stay! The grounds & hotel are incredibly well kept, our room was lovely and clean, modern & comfortable, & rooftop terraces were lovely for an evening. The restaurant was incredible, highlight of the trip. The weddings are every night, but didn't bother us at all as they were all done at a good time. We'll be back! Thank you to all the team.

Lovely property. A peaceful oasis in Naples/Ercolano with beautiful, park-like grounds. Close to the Herculaneum ruins with free shuttle (we didn’t use since we had a car). Parking was free and easy. The rooms in the Annex are very utilitarian. No coffee maker in room. Wifi is good but there is no desk to work at. But the rooms are a good size, have comfy beds, nice showers and are dark and quiet so they do the trick. The resort is popular for weddings and staff are really trying but the property is starting to show its age. For three nights, it did the trick. Would stay again.

Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. There is a golf cart type vehicle used to transport people and luggage to and from the parking lot. One fault - the address to this location is not as it appears on the instructions as Via Sacerdote Cozzolino Benedetto 29I - That last digit is not the number one, it is a capital letter I. We had a difficult time plugging this address into the car's GPS!

Holiday in March

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The hotel was very clean, the staff was absolutely wonderful, and everyone was incredibly helpful. The location was also perfect for us! They offer free parking as well as a shuttle service to the train station, making it easy to visit places like the center of Naples. The breakfast was also really good. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

What a beautiful place and so well taken care of - we enjoyed our stay immensely! There was a wide variety of breakfast options in the morning, the pool was clean and inviting, the staff was very helpful, the shuttle service to Ercolano train station was helpful to catch the sites! the beds were soft and the rooms were sound proof so well that we felt like we were the only ones there (even though there were multiple wedding parties going, but you would never know!)

Lovely hotel, some things could be improved in the bedroom, the shower flooded the floor as did not drain correctly and the towel rails in the shower and the bathroom were both loose. The grounds are very pretty, the pool is very nice, breakfast could be much better.

It was really pleasure to stay in this place, we got nice breakfast but sometimes they could a bit change to different options of breakfast, if someone plans to stay here everytime make a weddings party and music a bit louder every evening but we could enyoing fireworks every night to go in terrace and watch it pool its nice a bit cold, outside in the hotel very nice views, we are glad we had oppurtunity to stay in this hotel

A great hotel with views of Vesuvius. Staff were first class. Good sized room. All spotlessly clean. Huge grounds in which to walk or relax. Pool with loungers & towels supplied plus the poolside bar. On site parking with buggies available to bring luggage to or from your car. Also courtesy bus from the nearest station (free) or the airport (chargeable). Good breakfast buffet. We didn't try the restaurant. Good location for visiting Pompeii or Herculaneum.

The hotel was very comfortable. The only thing I would have added was a fan in the large room I stayed. The air conditioner kept it cool enough but the air was so still that it seemed hotter than it was. As for everything else? It was superb. The LINE restaurant was flawless. Excellent food and at a great price. The views and ground of the hotel were just magnificent. Only matched by the competence, kindness and efficency of the staff.

We loved our stay at Il San Cristoforo. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern, and the resort property was beautiful and quiet. The staff were always helpful. The hotel offers free shuttle services multiple times a day to the nearby main train station (Ercolano Scavi) which made it easier for one of our day trips. They were also very helpful with getting a shuttle to Napoli Centrale for when we checked out. One thing to keep in mind is that local restaurants are a bit of a walk (~20 minutes) which we personally didn't mind. Also, the closest train station (S. Giorgio a Cremano) is about a 30 minute walk. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Il San Cristoforo.
