The bar tender was amazing, we didnt get his name, but he was the best for our morning breakfasts. It was unfortunate that there were large party bookings every night of our stay so we couldnt enjoy the restaurant, but the service and staff were great. Really nice spot, great view and close to stufe di nerone which is a must if you stay here.

Three Things That We Liked About This Place: 1- The view from the hotel was super beautiful, mind blowing and relaxing in which it was facing the beach and the hilly landscape that was gorgeous & fantastic. 2- The helpfulness of the front desk especially Paola & Vincenzo was beyond expectation and left us without words to describe how we felt. Their customer service skills were excellent & above and beyond. Their warmth and welcoming made us feel like we were at home. Simply we can’t thank them enough for everything they did for us. 3- The restaurant was amazing. Very delicious food that is made with love, perfection and passion. In our opinion their restaurant layout and food quality were the same as fine dining restaurants in Naples, Italy. Very professional restaurant staff and the view from the restaurant was breathtaking. Attention To The Following Two Points: 1- The hotel is located up hill from the city and it has NO public transportation to it so either you take the taxi by calling the taxi company/order a taxi from the hotel or you rent a car which is the best option. We thank the hotel for mentioning this in advance before booking. 2- There are many events happening at the restaurant like weddings/engagement/birthday/graduation parties…..etc and it gets loud there most of the time. A positive experience for us especially with the front desk staff that we were super impressed by their professionalism, helpfulness and warmth.

Very good service with very a limited breakfast

During my frequent visits to this hotel—this being my fourth stay—I've noted their offering of two types of economy rooms: one with a modern bath and another without. Despite reserving the higher-priced option on Hotels.com and specifically requesting a modern bath, upon arrival, I found those rooms fully booked. Initially, I was assigned a room without the modern bath. However, the hotel staff commendably upgraded me to a small suite at no extra charge, a gesture I greatly appreciated and reflective of their excellent service. One area needing improvement is the breakfast, which, despite the hotel's four-star rating, aligns more with a two-star standard in its limited offerings. I would suggest introducing a paid option for an enhanced breakfast, particularly catering to the needs of business travelers.

6 night stay for a wedding nearby on the beach

A lovely hotel, but would only recomend it for a couple of days for a wedding or something. Breakfast was ok but not too good as room service, as not everything was delivered, even when requested Food at restaurant was fabulous, had lunch once, everything very tasty and good service. Nothing open nearby for lunch Hotel is focused on functions. Not much for guests.
