The hotel has been entirely renovated, great location, excellent breakfast buffet. The ladies working the omelet bar were awesome, very attentive and efficient. Eric at the front desk was so helpful with our travel plans, the only downside was the air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open all night.
Very nice stay in the heart of Nice. Surrounded by restaurants, shopping, nice parks, 3 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to Old Nice. Highly recommend!!
From the moment we arrived, Pierre welcomed us like old friends. He made us a cup of coffee and held our bags until our room became available. We toured a bit and upon return our bags were in our room. The room was well styled, comfortable, dark and quiet. His daughter gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants and transportation. It is a gem of a hotel.
Breakfast bar in the morning was great. Drip coffee could have been better but espresso was fine, food was very fresh and offered wide variety. View was from top floor overlooking the ocean.. 10/10.
We stayed at the Five Seas for one night of a 10 day trip through France. We were very well taken care of at reception and the room was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again
Very clean and beautiful boutique hotel. Recently renovated. We booked 2 executive rooms. They varied a bit in size and layout but were decent in size, and balcony views were amazing. Pleasant and very helpful staff. Breakfast was very good as well. We loved the location. Close walk to all the touristy places but located in a pretty quiet neighborhood. No crazy crowds or loud noises beyond what is expected from a city. Staff speaks multiple languages, so there was no issue communicating.
The hotel was beautiful with great air conditioning. It was in a wonderful location close to shopping and old Nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Our 4 night stay was superb!! The room was clean and very comfortable. Even though there are several bars/restaurants directly across the narrow alleyway, our room was on the 5th floor and very quiet at night. Best of all was the staff. The front desk clerks were all very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Could not have asked for a better stay!
We liked everything about the hotel except the pettiness of having to purchase our coffee cartridges for the Nespresso machine in our room! After the first night, we were told that we had to pay for them! For the price of the room they really should be free! What hotel does that?

The staff was attentive and responsive to my messages and with out every need! We needed directions or taxi we had Yasmine and Austin take care of my sons and me. We enjoyed coffee and refrigerator for ledt overs and a balery and grocer was across the street. The locawas outstanding and near ever place we wannted to go during our stay! Would definitely stay here again!
The Hotel Renoir was the perfect hotel for our family. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything, clean area and pretty quite. Check in was seamless and the staff were 100% great, very friendly and helpful. The room was very large, clean, comfortable and honestly made our trip perfect. The room and bathroom was as described in pictures - it's rich old holiday décor was breathtaking when we walked in. The views were amazing, couldn't be happier. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their recommendations for shopping and getting around Nice were spot on. The rooms were spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the park from the terrace. Free coffee anytime, free wifi and close to the local tram, train station and a ten minute walk to the beach. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very clean. The restaurant next door was also amazing and full of locals. I would recommend staying here.
Hotel extremamente bem localizado, a dois quarteirões da Plage Macé e um da Rue Antibes. Também é bem perto da estação central. O quarto é limpo e confortável, idem para o banheiro, com uma boa ducha. Preço extremamente justo para a região. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom.
