Everything about this stay was wonderful. After a long flight, the transportation was easy and well handled by the hotel. When my family arrived we were greated by a woman who was the absolute best at giving advice and helping us get transportation to shopping centers. In all my travels, I rarely met people as welcoming and adorable as Sevde and Ferhat. They work so hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, have great flexibility and especially they are the best company when sharing with them breakfast or a cup of tea. Thank you so much! We found Union Port Hotel perfect for our needs. We arrived Istanbul a day before boarding our cruise ship. This hotel is located walking distance to cruise port though recommend a cab as it would be difficult to pull luggage even the relatively short distance. Union Port is a small boutique hotel (and coffee shop) with an exceptionally friendly staff. Our stay was so relaxing and Ozlem Ozem was and amazing hostess with so much patience and kindness that you feel like staying at home. The breakfast was magnificent.

I made my reservation for 2 rooms and both were suite rooms with an amazing cleanliness. The most important part for me was the breakfast. At the beginning, it seems like the breakfast is too weak with some ordinary and insufficient food, but once we start they have served many amazingly delicious food such as ommelette and freshly prepared fried potatoes. It was an overall excellent stay. The damily that runs the hotel is very kind, helpful and accommodating. We requested for an early check in which they offered. My friend left his wallet in the bus we came to Pamukkale. The owners helped us immensely by calling the bus company and even going out there to get our belongings. They even guided us on tours and recommended good restaurants around. We loved our stay at Paradise Hotel.
