Hotel staff were very warm, welcoming, professional and very supportive. They go beyond customer satisfaction. I felt home and I enjoyed my stay at Bonnie City Hotel. I will definitely repeat my visit to this hotel and I will also recommend it to friends and family. The location of the hotel is a second to non. I stayed at Deluxe Double room city view I liked it. A short step and walking to every service you need in the old town of Antalya. Thank you guys for you hospitality.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. I love their garden style breakfast. The hotel was closer to Old Town, Kaleici, walking distance. The Front Desk Reps were accommodating and very helpful, always welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. I was recommended by Denise, the Receptionist to book city and boat tour, it was fantastic, I enjoyed the whole trip. I will definitely stay at Bonnie City Hotel and refer to family and friends who plan to visit Antalya.

I have had the best stay at Bonnie City Hotel. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices to pick from. The location is very central and within walking distance of the old town, yet it is in a very quiet and safe area. The staff were inclusive, professional, friendly, kind, and polite. I would especially like to give a lot of credit to the two waitresses working in the restaurant, they are very hardworking and doing a great job

Everyone at the reception was nice, the hotel is okay if you are not paying much, the showers have bacteria and I had to shower with slippers because I was disgusted , parking was good, hotel location is not too bad although it looks bad. Breakfast was okay, not great, most things at breakfast were needless. Overall, the stay was okay and walkable.

Our stay at the hotel was generally good; however, we felt that the standard room didn’t quite match the quality shown in the online photos. At times, it also seemed like staff were a bit reluctant to assist when we requested simple things, such as water. That said, the staff were overall pleasant, and both the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Nice location.
