The hotel has a very convenient location, right off of a tram stop & bus stop and close to the funicular/metro/ferry (all within a quick 10 min walk). In my opinion, it's better than staying in the Sultanahmet area as the hotel's neighborhood is quieter and more local. Like other reviews mention, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are exceptional. Super kind, friendly, and helpful. I arranged airport transfers to and from the hotel, and it all went very smoothly. The staff go above and beyond to assist travelers and their hospitality is truly phenomenal. Some of the best I've experienced across my travels.

Excellent location at the foot of Istanbul’s hippest neighborhood. 200 meters from the tram to the Old City and a 10-minute walk to Istakal street near the Taksim end. Room was small but perfect if like us you plan to spend a couple of days exploring the city and just need a clean and quiet place to crash.

Hotel was a little bit tricky to find. really welcoming vibe though. Standart room is so small you cannot open the bigger luggage. But i was alone so it wasnt a big problem for me. Staff very friendly and helpful. It was nice to meet other guests in the lobby and chat.
