"The experience was so memorable that I ended up staying here twice during my trip—that says it all.
The location is fantastic: close to everything, just steps from Atocha, with multiple metro stations nearby (Embajadores and Estación del Arte are both within an 8-minute walk). If you’re planning to rent a car, there’s even a Sixt office right across the street, which is very convenient.
The service is exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel offers great amenities including parking, a gym, a pool, and a fantastic terrace and rooftop area. Room service was quick, and the food was consistently delicious.
Overall, an excellent experience in Madrid. I would definitely stay here again."
"Excellent hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. The doorman ( afternoon shifts) made our staying very pleasant and her daughter was very nice too. She worked at the 360 rooftop. Thank you "
"No coffee and tea facilities in room. Spa was closed on the days we were there which was disappointing.
Room clean and big, we had the suite.
Overall a nice stay "
"It smells good. Some of the staff were great. I like the complimentary shuttle. And you can check in early. You must use your room key to use the power in the room. I didnt know that and didnt have power. Lol."
