We had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent! The swimming pool, breakfast, outdoor garden area, and the hotel’s location were all very good. The hotel restaurant was also great, and there were many good restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping centres nearby. The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This could be a really lovely hotel! I can't fault the room or amenities, if you could get them! I can't believe the hotel only has one iron that took 12 hours to deliver, just before breakfast only to be taken back by the time we got back and then another 12 hours! None of the bar staff could crack a smile, although the receptionists were friendlier. Arrived at breakfast on the first day, half hour before finish and half the trays were empty, was better the next day,but poor selections, and not a lot for vegetarian or vegan guests. Location is a bit of a trek from the old town and the beach but the bus stop is right outside. Some lovely little restaurants around the corner.

We had a 1 night stay here, the hotel is ok location but not in the city. Close enough to the beach, reception was clean and staff friendly. The room was large and bathroom also, the room is a bit dated. Ok for a 1 nighter...

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the Hotel. From the house keeping to the restaurant food and staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful. Very happy and comfortable all the way through our stay. The room service could offer a cooked breakfast rather than just continental. Definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Lovely Stay in the hotel..Staff are helpful. Room size is generous. Location is excellent. We stayed during Fallas and the bus stop to the centre of the city was just around the bend. Very close to Science Museum and everything including restaurants is just very close to the hotel. I recommend

This is a beautiful hotel...we had a large room with a patio which was a nice addition. Nice size bathroom and closet. We enjoyed the nice selection of menu options from the restaurant and enjoyed visiting the spa area. Great location! Nice shopping areas literally across the street, and it is walkable, although it may take awhile, to the park, beach and old town. We walked and took taxis. I highly recommend this hotel.

8/10 Very good

Great stay overall. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated being able to check in early, as our room was already available at 10:30 AM. The only downside was the breakfast: there was a good selection of food, but the hot items were consistently luke-warm or cold, regardless of whether you arrived early or later. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our stay.

3 nights stay and a very well located 4 star hotel with good amenities. Nice outdoor pool and terrace. Good (for hotel) gym and spa (spa is extra charge but gym free). I didnt eat there but looks good and reasonably priced. Staff all excellent without exception.

6/10 Good

Room was clean, breakfast was good variety. Room was disappointing - very basic, boiling hot despite air con, no coffee machine or useful toiletries such as hair cap. Location was good but would stay nearer old town if went again
