Hotel is very centrally located and safe, 12 min walk to La Rambla, 8 min walk to Barcelona cathedral, taxi can pickup drop off right in front of hotel. Eateries are plenty and within a couple of min walk. Several grocers/convenient stores within 5 min walk. Helpful staffs made our stay more memorable. Would stay again.

Very helpful personnel - I very quickly got all the assistance I needed when my phone got stolen. Breakfast selection was not very wide, but everything there was, it was very good.

Our room was not so great, but the staff are still fantastic. Breakfast is good, room is quiet, Chromecast works great, AC is great, gym is good, location is really good. My fourth time here.

We made a great choice to stay at this unique modern hotel located close to a mainTrain Station and surrounded by many Tapas Bars and Restaurants. The balcony room was comfortable with daily resupplying of water bottles and tea making supplies. There's was no refrigerator to keep drinks cool which was a negative though.. Hotel was quiet despite its location. Breakfast was adequate but only 3 stars on our rating. We would certainly book again as staff were friendly and helpful and location perfect.

T night stay eith family. Fantastic location and great front desk service. Given the location and age, expect smaller rooms but you miss from an updated larger room you make up by being in the heart of the gotic district. Walkable to every part of town. Enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hesperia Barri Gòtic and the staff are what made it truly special. Karla went above and beyond. She was kind, attentive, and made sure we were completely happy. On top of that, the team noted it was my birthday and left a lovely surprise in the room, which was such a thoughtful and kind touch. Being in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, the location of the hotel was great for exploring Barcelona on foot. Highly recommended and a special thank you to Karla and the rest of the team!

The only negative thing was that my bed was a little too firm for me. The staff was excellent, the room and bathroom were nice. Very good location, fairly close to Las Ramblas, right by the water but quieter

Loved this hotels location. Hotel was very clean and had good air conditioning. Has a good lobby for sitting space and a good bar and tapas. This location was in the gothic quarter and easily walkable to everything. We loved the location! The fan in the bathroom was minimal and kept things damp in the bathroom also likely due to a small room so would be helpful to get better airflow with a more powerful fan. Otherwise we loved this hotel for our stay in BCN! Very helpful and kind staff.

Lovely hotel placed in the middle of Barcelona’s most charming section. Just walking the medieval streets was fun. Lovely architecture and surprising courtyards. Easy access to grocery stores and pharmacy. Room a bit small. Bed comfortable. I caught a cold because the air conditioner blew right on me. I didn’t learn how to turn it off before it was too late. Staff very accommodating. I would definitely come back. Good bakeries nearby. No breakfast served at the hotel unless you specially order it.
