Very friendly and polite staff. The location of the hotel cannot be any better, just next to bus stop, tram and metro stations. Can walk 4 minutes to the main shopping centre. Very good hotel located in the Nerveon area, which is well connected to the centro by metro and tram L1 which are minutes away. The hotel's design is vibrant, colourful, giving a spacious feel to the main lobby and bar/restaurant area and is modern. There are gym and spa facilities at the hotel and discounts offered.
