Room was perfect but could have been a little cleaner - the kettle was covered in sticky coffee underneath and room was a bit smelly.

We booked a suit for 3 adults and the room was large and comfortable. The taxi line is right outside the hotel so it was always easy to catch a taxi.

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel, very quite even with 400 plus rooms, the bed was huge and comfortable, the whole place was very clean, the hotel were all polite, the only thing that needs investment is more sun beds, the area the hotel is in is fine, great amenities around it, supermarkets and bars, was great for walking around the city. Very much enjoyed and will return.

6/10 Good

The open buffet breakfast was incredible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The problems we had were: The light in the fridge kept switching like a disco😠😠 We called and it the problem was solved. The next day the safe started showing the low battery. Again the staff was very efficient. Finally the biggest problem was when some leakage appeared in the bathroom from floor above, so that we had to move to another room.
