Marco, the hotel operator, was so friendly and proud of this new hotel. Everything was really nice, they treated us well, it was located in a great location. Would definitely stay here again

The rooms d bed were updated and nice. Although small the appointments in the room were very useful. The bathroom was nicely remodeled and clean. The hotel location is extremely convenient to old town Lisbon. Overall a great place to stay.

Very comfortable hotel with beautiful manicured grounds. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast buffet was superb. Only problem was a lack of local restaurants in easy walking distance, encouraging visitors to visit the resort restaurants which were mediocre and expensive.

Beautiful property in a very walkable part of Porto. The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff were so friendly. We did a mother daughter trip and loved being able to sit on the balcony off our room or at the rooftop bar and enjoy some wine and the sunset in the evening.

What a find! The staff (everyone) couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful. The room was spacious with a very comfortable king size bed, and roomy bathroom (especially for Europe). The breakfast was a shining star of goodness and breadth of choice. Each day there were 4-5 homemade tars and breads ranging from walnut and almond tarts to coffee cakes made with local fruits and nuts. Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!

It is very modern, beautiful hotel. The lobby was beautiful and the staff was extremely attentive… offering waters, drinks when we sat down there. They were great at letting us check into one of our rooms early. The house cleaning services the room twice a day. The only complaint I would have was the rooftop restaurant had very loud monotonous music. We tried to sit down but we just couldn’t stand it… otherwise, the hotel is really nice and in a great location

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. Great property for a visit to Fatima

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.

Hotel is at great location, near airport, view of sea, near the center, also with all full amenities. Staff great and very helpful and breakfast was excellent too

I have stayed at Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico five times in the last 18 months. The staff is especially friendly and accommodating. Antonio in particular always greets you with a warm smile and an interesting fact about the island. His quick wit is a plus too! I will always stay at the Grand Hotel.

Comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice mini bar supplies, close to everything. Great advice for food locations. Would definitely go back.
