"Beautiful hotel. I suggest to open the waiting/ bar at 2 PM instead of 4 PM. We arrived early and we had to wait until 3 PM. We couldn't get a drink or even a soda. Room was not ready until 4 PM. So the refreshment at the bar would help. But, hotel is very nice and made up for the earlier discomfort."

"Very nice hotel, comfortable room, nice breakfast and very helpful and courteous staff throughout. The only complaint I would have is the gym was not available when I wanted to use it and the hot tub was out of service … but those are minor issues, very nice stay at MS Collection"

"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Close to the mall, to the boat rides and to the piazza where everyone congregates at night. Just the room was very small...I mean very small for 2 people we were on top of each other and the view was a blank white wall when we opened the window. We were on the 2nd floor and I would recommend if you want to stay here to try to get a room with a balcony and more spacious. The bathroom was also very small. Parking was across the street which was difficult to get into...had to drive around the mall entrance as the curve entering the front parking was dangerously tight, There was no breakfast included and we did not get any room service or our rooms cleaned during our stay. They only had one iron to share for the whole hotel. Also the air conditioner in our room was going off every day so we would come back to a hot room and have to call front desk to reset it. They did reset if/ fixed it finally that it actually cooled the room on the last day when we were leaving, The staff was vey friendly,...they tried there best."

"We stayed at this hotel for three nights whilst visiting family. It was conveniently located and easily walkable into the centre of Aveiro. The room was comfortable and clean, although we didn't use the range of facilities that the hotel offered."

"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."
