The hotel is in a great location. There was a variety of meats, cheeses and hot food options at breakfast. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was well stocked. The staff was super helpful and welcoming. We are greeted with a little glass of port on arrival and since it was my birthday I received a birthday cake from the reception team. This was so lovely and kind!

Great location and a good breakfast. The rooms have excellent A/C. The room size depends on the one you get. We booked three rooms, and some were larger than others and had balconies, while others didn’t, even though they were all the same room category. I recommend room 401 It was a bit tricky to find the parking lot. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. The location was excellent, we had a great room which was only on level one and initially concerned us regarding street noise but the soundproofing was extremely good. It was great to also be able to open the two balcony windows to feel part of the street scene, even in your room! Bathroom was large, nice robes. Breakfast was a little limited and didn’t change each day but it was very nice. All staff were friendly and helpful. As a tea drinker, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, to avoid constantly having to ask staff to prepare! Overall a fantastic place to stay and would do so again if we returned to Lisbon.
