We had a great time at the hotel, very friendly staff and beautiful location. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere, nice garden and pool areas and there are tours you can take to the beaches on the nearby islands or enjoy a relaxing massage.

Small boutique hotel with a lovely atmosphere on a beautiful location. We felt totally away from everything not only as it was at the end of a dirt road but the serenity made us forget everything . Owners were accomodating and friendly. They were very responsive and organized our kayaking and snorkling trips as well. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the food was wholesome and tasty. Even the cute little dogs made us feel welcome. Highly recommended

What a great adventure to Bocas del Toro and a fabulous stay at the hotel Tropical Suites! From the moment we stepped in the door and saw the Ocean Sparkling in the background, we fell in love with our hotel and vacation locale. Great location, great views from the king suite, it rained all day we were there and went and grabbed food and a coffee from the cafe/restaurant downstairs, it was lovely. Staff was kind, attentive and courteous. We had a great stay.

Our villa was beautiful! We loved the grounds, the view of the ocean, landscaped perfect with nature. We seen monkeys almost every day and several red frogs too. Food at Punta Lava was very good. Prices for food and drinks really reasonable. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great stay! We had wonderful service. The lady at the front desk recommend and arranged a taxi driver for a tour around the canal zone. We went to the Miraflores Loch visitors center and took the tour. It was amazing! We only had a few hours before heading off to Bocas del Toro, so we were able to see a lot prior to our flight out of the nearby airport. I highly recommend this hotel! Before arrival my husband was in contact with the manager Sam. He explained how we needed three rooms, one needed to be a handicap room. At check in Sam came right up to us to advise us everything was taken care of. The check in process went very smooth and quick. Our rooms were very clean and exactly what we asked for. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating. I wish I remembered everyone’s name to personally thank them. I worked with Flora the concierge. She was very patient...

Food was great (chef was always over seeing), excellent staff service (every person you ran into was very kind), first place I see the life guards doing a great job keeping kids safe at the pools and the premises were very clean. Probably the best all inclusive in Panama to date.

The hotel is centrally located, the staff is friendly, the place is clean, comfortable, convenient, perfect for families, nice pool. We recommend.

Very close to the subway and 3 stops away from Albrook Mall and 4 blocks from the Cinta Costera. Super friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Breakfast could improve though...

Hotel was under renovations at the time. Elevator was out also part of the renovations. It was close to downtown Panama city. Also felt secure police station was nearby. Big store nearby and also the pool upstairs was nice.

The views from this mountain-top boutique hotel are extraordinary.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.
