A true hidden gem on Isla Colon. The grounds are teeming with wildlife and the 'pod' style lodging is such a unique experience. Despite having no AC, the pods stayed surprisingly comfortable. This was the first place on our trip with truly clean sheets and a comfortable bed. The staff is efficient and kind, and the included breakfast was excellent. It’s a peaceful, well-managed sanctuary away from the town noise.

Alan, the owner of the property was so very helpful during our entire stay. He always took the time to talk with us about the activities available and how to arrange. This property is within walking distance to everything we needed. His staff is friendly and the breakfast was always very good. This property was always clean. I would highly recommend Lulas! The guests were from all over the world and we found everyone to be very friendly. There is a nice area upstairs right outside of the rooms...

I've been to Boquete several times but it was my wife's first trip there. We enjoyed our time in Hotel Central, especially talking to Tim the owner about all the changes that are taking place in Western Panama. He's a wealth of information and well connected to know the 'inside scoop'. The only thing guests need to be aware when making the reservation - be sure you know if the room is sharing a bathroom. A two-night stay at this charming hotel on Cristobal Island, tucked away from all noise. Nature at its best. Freshly caught lobsters and seafood, and the best gourmet breakfasts and dinners prepared by the owners. We shared laughs, stories, and karaoke in the evenings with other guests. They also coordinate tours and other activities on the beaches and surrounding islands. Also I recommend this wonderful place for a Pilates retreat - Yoga - Family reunion promotion, etc.
