My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We stayed for 2 nights upon our arrival in Panama and for a night before flying home. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is situated in a wonderful, eclectic and vibrant area. This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter. The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.
