"The hotel is beautiful, both the courtyard and the room. The breakfast is good, with a variety to choose from. We were given a room with the loft, which we did not think about the bath room being on the lower ground (not convenient at night), and difficuly to walk the stairs at the end of touring the city. Also, one needs to be mindful about the roof of the loft when getting up from the bed. It is very central, so that is a good point. We also ate at beautiful restaurant one night; there was piano playing and the food was good."
"This establishment is steeped in history and luxury. Every room is unique, the food and drinks are amazing, and the team are all amazing. Special thanks to Allan, appreciate the tour! Definitely, definitely visiting again!"
"Very nice staff and the hotel has potential but it is in need of some repairs as the rooms do look a little neglected, e.g., not the cleanest, air conditioning leaking water when being used, broken floors, etc.."
"The Cosmopolitan's location is perfect - restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, mini marts, spa/massage, metro/tram are within its surrounding area. It is close to the Palladium Shopping Mall which has a lot of shopping choices and a food court with diverse cuisines. For shoppers who can avail of the tax free in Prague, the Information booth can assist with that. The tram is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, in front of the Palladium. Tram 15 will take you to the St Charles Bridge and Our Lady Victorious Church where the Infant Jesus of Prague is housed. Tram 6 will take you to the Wenceslas Square. These sights are walkable but the tram is good for those with walking limitations. The astronomical clock is 10-15 minutes away for the brisk walker. It will be remiss of me if I will not give a "shout out" to the AWESOME BREAKFAST CREW whose team work is so evident in attending to the guests' needs. The front desk also was always readily available for anything else we needed for our stay. And the daily housekeeping - Fantastic! Definitely will be staying in this hotel on my return to Prague and will surely recommend it to family and friends."
