Front desk answer all our questions. Recommend excellent restaurant that was not tourist trap off the square. Made reservations on our behalf. And the breakfast buffet was delicious. Next time we are in Prague we are definitely going to there. The location is perfect also the price really affordable

Let's be honest here. Judging from the reception I would give 5+ stars! It's sumptuous. When you move to the room the perception changes a lot. If I need to judge solely based on the room I can give maximum 3.5 stars. The personnel is super professional and kind. The breakfast was awesome! The position is one of the best in town. The room as I said was OK but not five stars. Anyway it was clean and the pressure of the shower was super!
