"The location is perfect, on the Mala Strana side of the Charles Bridge. Close to many restaurants and parks in the area, and just across the Old City. The staff in the Tourist Office (that serves as hotel staff since there is no reception in the building itself) was really helpful. On the last day after checkout, we left the luggage in the office and when we came back at the end of a rainy day, they gave us towels and allowed us to use their bathroom to change our clothes."
