"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It is also close to all of the touristy sites. The elevators were very, very slow and breakfast was quite busy. One morning, although there were 3 coffee machines and a barrista stand, none of them were working. Only regular coffee was available. "

Upon my arrival, she offered to upgrade my stay to a corner suite that has both river view and city view.
The room has great view and is bright and comfortable. It exceeds my expectations for the price I paid for.
I ‘d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have quick access to the Bund and Yu Garden."
