We had a wonderful experience! The hotel offers a pick-up and drop-off service to and from the hotel and airport / train station, which was very nice.

Jason helped us so much to arrange our trip to the mountains! He really went beyond our expectations.

The Wanda hotels are posh and luxurious and this is no exception. Check in was smooth and staff spoke enough English to where it wasn't a difficult process. Rooms are clean and modern with a lux feel. Right across the street is a shopping mall with lots of shopping and food choices. The breakfast at the hotel was on the pricey side but had many choices (buffet).Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect hotel with friendly and English speaking staff. Room size is small, but it is clean and even suitable for 3 men for sleeping after long day in the mountain. Good breakfast.

This is a grand hotel that has been well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very good with lots of varieties to choose. Staffs are very friendly.

We went to Yellow Mountain for 3 days and stayed at the Crown Plaza, which is about an hour away from Yellow Mountain. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable about the area and are excellent at arranging transportations that will make your travel smooth. The best part came with the worse. My family came down with food poisoning (not related to the hotel). We called the concierge close to mid-night asking for assistance as a few of us were feeling VERY VERY ill.
