Great hotel to stay at in Hefei

The room-cleaning lady and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. Excellent service!

Hotel service is perfect. I appreciate Jack, Dunkan and all other people. Food is nice. Thank you very much.

excellent room, but not a non-smoking hotel

Hotel service / room / breakfast were really nice, but the cigarette smoke even in the lobby was really bothersome. This should be declared as a NON SMOKING HOTEL similar to Shangri-La in Pudong-Shanghai,

6/10 Good

The windows were dirty and covered in a thick layer of dust. Staff friendliness fell short of 5-star hotel standards. The meal selection focused mainly on local guests, leaving few options for foreigners.

Comfy Stay

Stay was quite good, but it doesn't have the exact feel of a usual Shangri-La (Hefei is not a main city in China). Limited mini bar options, most on the card were not actually present in the room. Bed was a bit hard for today's standards. But for this sort of city, it was great to find a Shangri-La & the hotel was new & modern. Will stay there again next time I visit the city.

Good housekeeping and friendly staff. Good breakfast spread. No USB connection points for charging mobile devices. No wires provided for charging devices. Need to be more modern and keep up with times.

Great hotel

It’s truly five stars hotel. I have returned to this hotel several times and will certainly continue coming back.
