An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy...

It is a brand new hotel located in the heart of Tangsang Business District, this comfortable hotel turned out to be a good choice for a business convention. The room was spacious and comfortably appointed, the reasonable price offered the very high quality offered, the service prompt and attentive. Great! The room has its own washer. The only thing bothered me was the nearby convenient store is not close but it is in walking distance.

We stayed here for about 16 nights visiting relatives in Yanjiao. Amazing experience, clean rooms, friendly/attentive staff, and an overall comfortable environment. I recommend this place to both locals and visitors. They provided clean sheets and towels for us every day and free water bottles. I stayed here for 12 days and it was absolutely the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in. The staff was absolutely wonderful, especially the breakfast Chef and ladies at the breakfast kitchen. So nice and helpful every morning. The breakfast itself was like a 5-star report. Big room, great bed, shower and toilet was top notch quality. You can even have a robot 🤖 deliver your room service. you get a LOT of hotel and amenities for the room rate. Great location too

The hotel itself is very nice and clean The staff are very friendly with the exception they really don't speak any English so even the simplest things they don't understand I did pick the property because it said they speak both English and Chinese but they're English is very very limited if at all and then even in all of China when you use a app to translate to Chinese they still can look at you funny and don't really understand it so I'm not sure what the translation does but it's not as...

I travel the world, and I stay as much as I can at IHG holiday inns. The one in shijiazhuang is one of my favorite. This three stay is for my niece Ni, who teaches near the city. She insisted that I write a good review for her since she enjoyed the stay enormously, she especially wants me to thank the housekeeping lady Ms. 王淑爽， Ms. Wong was kind and friendly and took very good care of my niece, so, I’d like to thank her for it.

Hotel is in a very convenient location near many businesses and the metro is close by. The staff is very attentive to guests, offering a wide variety of excellent foods and service. They have afternoon tea and pastries from 1-5pm, which I thought was a very thoughtful idea. Their gym also has a decent amount of equipment. Most other hotels are a little barebones in terms of equipment.
