This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available.

This place exceeded our expectations. I was skeptical because it had so few reviews but we are so glad we stayed here. Staff is extremely attentive, going above and beyond. Rooms are really nice, high tech and great picture window looking onto the river. They provided free transport to/from the airport, umbrellas and rain jackets if needed and free beer/bottled water. First the location. Very convenient location, near shops restaurants and live entertainment. The hotel has an on-site bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful ensuring your tour guide picks you up or offering information on tours including self guided tours. Lili greeted us and she was amazing and attentive. Great views as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

Everything at this property was perfect! As soon as we arrived to the property a gentleman outside helped us with our luggage. The front desk girls were super sweet and helpful and explained everything.
