"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to the boss lady and the lovely front desk girl who greeted me every morning with such warmth and sunshine-like positivity. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was very good. Everything felt organized and comfortable. The only issue was that the room I received looked nothing like the one shown in the booking photos. The advertised images featured a luxury suite with a large window, mountain views, and a spacious layout. The actual room was considerably smaller, located on the ground floor, and had no view whatsoever. I understand that photos can sometimes differ, but the difference was significant enough to be disappointing. Despite that, the wonderful staff and overall quality of the property made for a good experience."

"This was one of our favorite hotels that we stayed at in China! Everyone here is so nice and helpful. They dropped us off and picked us up from Tianmen Mountain, and woke up early to drop us off at the train station. We are SO thankful for all of their help and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. They also have the cutest cats ever and their dinner is so good!! I highly recommend staying here, you will find the BEST and most caring staff."

"The hotel is located seconds away from the 张家界 national park entrance, which is essential for our travel, not only we were able to beat the early morning crowd, but we were also able to enjoy the town when all the tourists have left the area. The staff were very helpful and the amenities were awesome, free laundry service was included with our room. 10/10 experience."
