This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available.

First the location. Very convenient location, near shops restaurants and live entertainment. The hotel has an on-site bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful ensuring your tour guide picks you up or offering information on tours including self guided tours. Lili greeted us and she was amazing and attentive. Great views as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

Great location. Just a mile walk to the east gate entrance. Right in the middle of everything. Only downside is the beds were not that comfortable.

Staff goes above and beyond to help in travel accommodations. Friendly and polite.

Pretty interesting hotel design. The reception hall is above the guest rooms, unlike the traditional hotel. But every things are above standard. The location is right in the center of tourist attractions. I like this hotel very much.

Lovely place to stay

This place was a dream. I’ve never had such a good experience at a place. Johnathon was SO helpful every step of the way, everyone was so kind and the food was phenomenal, the lady who cooks the food in incredible. The place is expensive but if you’re on the fence, do it. This place goes above and beyond. I chose a room with the bathtub on the balcony, and the ONLY problem I had with the whole stay is that the bathtub was too perfect and I didn’t want to get out. We enjoyed throughout of our 3 day stay here. Quit location yet not far away from central Wuling Rd. Breakfast was really nice with both Chinese and western selections. 24 hour free laundry staff were very helpful also. Highly recommended.

I couldn't imagine how came the overall rating for InterContinental down to 4 but this is the one of the best hotels I've ever been stayed. Spacious room, invincible cleanliness, and super friendly and accommodating staff. The transportation is not a problem for me either as long as you go to the concierge service in the luxurious lobby, and then they will quickly help you dispatch and Taxi to everywhere in Changsha city.
