This place was a dream. I’ve never had such a good experience at a place. Johnathon was SO helpful every step of the way, everyone was so kind and the food was phenomenal, the lady who cooks the food in incredible. The place is expensive but if you’re on the fence, do it. This place goes above and beyond. I chose a room with the bathtub on the balcony, and the ONLY problem I had with the whole stay is that the bathtub was too perfect and I didn’t want to get out. Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay! Location couldn't be better – right next to the cable car. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of options. Free parking was a nice bonus. Totally worth it, would definitely come back!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Pandora Boutique Hotel isn't just beautiful -- it's the staff that makes this a truly wonderful experience. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute. Quieter location just across from the main core. Super clean and very helpful staff especially Lucy and her night colleagues.

Super recommend. Location is the best by far. Rooms big and very new. But over all that the staff was so amazing. We just left and would love to come back. Our son forgot his backpack in the train station and the manager was so helpful with all the calls. And after police helped us find. We are in love with China.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Lili was amazing and helped us book all our activities and walk us through how to navigate the national park! Don’t think we would have had the amazing experience in the park without her! She was very responsive and always available to answer questions.
