Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay here, big thanks to Mr. Deng 小邓 at the front desk. Super helpful guy, made everything easy. Helped me figure out the metro and pointed me to some awesome local food spots that weren’t just the usual tourist stuff. Felt like chatting with a friend, not just hotel staff. Place was clean and solid overall, but Xiao Deng definitely made the trip better. Cheers man!

Very nice rooms

Loved the location — close to everything but still peaceful. Staff were awesome, super helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast hit the spot. Free shuttle made life easy. Overall a really solid choice.

Very nice room, but the hotel needs to provide more options for food because it's very isolated and there are no restaurants nearby. I tried to order lunch (a simple bowl of noodles) but they said it would take about 40 minutes. When I went down to the dining room, my meal was still not ready. After waiting one hour, the staff said it would take more time to prepare my noodles. I said I couldn't wait so they gave me a small bowl of food and rice.

We compared many nearby hotels and picked this one for our hiking tour. It is near the park East Gate with great value, and the service team provides warm and reliable guest support.
