Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Lili was amazing and helped us book all our activities and walk us through how to navigate the national park! Don’t think we would have had the amazing experience in the park without her! She was very responsive and always available to answer questions. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

This place was a dream. I’ve never had such a good experience at a place. Johnathon was SO helpful every step of the way, everyone was so kind and the food was phenomenal, the lady who cooks the food in incredible. The place is expensive but if you’re on the fence, do it. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lee’s Boutique Hotel in Zhangjiajie! From the moment we arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made us feel right at home. Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The host/owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They provided us with maps and excellent advice about zhangjiajie’s hiking trails and things to see in the area. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants. Their personal recommendations made our stay very enjoyable. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Awesome stay! Location couldn't be better – right next to the cable car. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of options. Free parking was a nice bonus. Totally worth it, would definitely come back!

The property is really nice and decent complimentary breakfast. The staff were very amazing and helpful! Sara contacted me once I booked and she help me with everything from airport transfer to getting a private guide for the national forest on a days notice! If you get the chance ask for terry he was very knowledgeable of the park and the city and was an amazing guide and experience of my trip!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Pandora Boutique Hotel isn't just beautiful -- it's the staff that makes this a truly wonderful experience. Zhangjiajie National Park can be difficult to do without a tour group, but the owner was extraordinary. She would lay out plans for us each night, from helping us with trip bookings to highlighting the best look-out spots to detailing bus routes that we needed to take down to the minute. Great place to Stay

Super recommend. Location is the best by far. Rooms big and very new. But over all that the staff was so amazing. We just left and would love to come back. Our son forgot his backpack in the train station and the manager was so helpful with all the calls. And after police helped us find. We are in love with China.
