This place was a dream. I’ve never had such a good experience at a place. Johnathon was SO helpful every step of the way, everyone was so kind and the food was phenomenal, the lady who cooks the food in incredible. The place is expensive but if you’re on the fence, do it. Our family loved it here! The location is absolutely stunning, right at the base of the Avatar mountains. The two pools are beautiful, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was delicious with great local options, and the free shuttle to the park made everything so easy. Big thanks to the super helpful front desk staff—they booked all our tickets and helped plan our days. We felt so well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The host/owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They provided us with maps and excellent advice about zhangjiajie’s hiking trails and things to see in the area. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants. Their personal recommendations made our stay very enjoyable. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
