This a beautiful stay near Tianmen Mountain. The staff is so nice and really help with arrangements with Zhangjiajie activities including tickets. To arrive from Zhangjiejia west station I had to tell Didi driver Qiman Tianmen Resort instead of XMAN and it worked. (it's on Amaps). I loved the mattress and projector screen was cool. The food available from the lobby restaurant was so good. Breakfast and dinner both available.

First the location. Very convenient location, near shops restaurants and live entertainment. The hotel has an on-site bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great and all the staff are extremely nice and helpful ensuring your tour guide picks you up or offering information on tours including self guided tours. Lili greeted us and she was amazing and attentive. Great views as well. Overall a wonderful experience!

This place was a dream. I’ve never had such a good experience at a place. Johnathon was SO helpful every step of the way, everyone was so kind and the food was phenomenal, the lady who cooks the food in incredible. The place is expensive but if you’re on the fence, do it. This place goes above and beyond. I chose a room with the bathtub on the balcony, and the ONLY problem I had with the whole stay is that the bathtub was too perfect and I didn’t want to get out. I had to force myself to get out...

We had a wonderful stay at this family-run hotel. The host/owners and staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They provided us with maps and excellent advice about zhangjiajie’s hiking trails and things to see in the area. They also recommended some fantastic local restaurants. Their personal recommendations made our stay very enjoyable. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
