This place makes us feel we are home. The staff always gives extra mile in service.Very close to tianmen mountain.. The room is well maintained and they always refill the toiletries and water.Breakfast is per order and very delicious.If you are in the area i will recommend to stay in this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel! Lili was amazing and helped us book all our activities and walk us through how to navigate the national park! Don’t think we would have had the amazing experience in the park without her! She was very responsive and always available to answer questions. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

Great location. Just a mile walk to the east gate entrance. Right in the middle of everything. Only downside is the beds were not that comfortable.

Pretty interesting hotel design. The reception hall is above the guest rooms, unlike the traditional hotel. But every things are above standard. The location is right in the center of tourist attractions. I like this hotel very much.

This place was a dream. I’ve never had such a good experience at a place. Johnathon was SO helpful every step of the way, everyone was so kind and the food was phenomenal, the lady who cooks the food in incredible. The place is expensive but if you’re on the fence, do it. This place goes above and beyond. I chose a room with the bathtub on the balcony, and the ONLY problem I had with the whole stay is that the bathtub was too perfect and I didn’t want to get out. I got a room with Mountain View, great! The swimming pool is good for kids, but requiring caps is a bit awkward.

I couldn't imagine how came the overall rating for InterContinental down to 4 but this is the one of the best hotels I've ever been stayed. Spacious room, invincible cleanliness, and super friendly and accommodating staff. The transportation is not a problem for me either as long as you go to the concierge service in the luxurious lobby, and then they will quickly help you dispatch and Taxi to everywhere in Changsha city.
