4/10 Fair

The hotel must've been very nice when it opened. The staff is helpful, the location is excellent, but the property has been severely neglected. The carpets are extremely dirty, there is mould in the walls in the rooms, and there is water damage visible in several other public spaces.

Cybo hotel is very well located on line 2, 8 and 5 of the MTR giving easy access to all there is to see and do in Shenzhen. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. The cleaning lady is sterling. There is a laundry room free of charge and nearby the hotel plenty of good value places where to eat. Cybo is very good value for money. I will definitely come back.

Concierge provide great services! Overall a very good experiences, location is central near to shoooing area 1 stop away to Lao Jie stn (Dong men) From the hotel is 1-2 min walk to the Hubei station. Except 1 lift is under maintenance during our stay (2 nights) and waited long for the lift as only 1 lift in use. Overall great experiences.
