"The location was amazing and the room was good. The check-in stood out as it was extremely inefficient. The process was extremely slow and we waited in line for about 30-40 minutes when there were probably 10 guests ahead of us and 4 people working the check-in desks. Other than that the pool and rooftop were amazing and the staff was very kind and helpful. "

"What we really liked about this hotel? I must say 5 stars for breakfast, great choice, lots of fruit, and great choice of everything, fresh and tasty. Another great thing was location, close to metro, taxi and activities. Some staff was nice but they did not speak english. Where ever we fo we expect that somebody would speak english as well. Room was avarage, towels and bedding could be cleaner. I could smell mould from mouldy walls. We only were happy with the shower."
