Limpeza geral do hotel excelente, boa equipe e uma localização que dá acesso a pé a diversos locais do centro. Porém, em contrapartida mobiliário muito antigo, frigobar bem defasado, camas com colchões antigos e desconfortáveis ainda e com rangidos das estruturas. Além disso, o café da manhã com pouquíssimos itens e com qualidade que deixa um pouco a desejar. Há problemas de ruídos da rua dentro do quarto que ficamos. Um ponto que também nos incomodou é a falta de vagas de estacionamento para todos os quartos, tivemos no último de colocar em um estacionamento ao lado do hotel pois mesmo já tendo usado o estacionamento em outros dias, a ordem de chegada por cada dia.

Estrutura diferente do anúncio, muito antiga. Quarto com cheiro de fechado e portas muito difíceis de destrancar. A cama range muito, qualquer mínimo movimento faz um barulho enorme. Café da manhã sem variedade. Cobram estacionamento à parte, mesmo que aqui no anúncio apareça como incluso.

As instalações são antigas e sem manutenção. Assim que fiz o check-in, fui alocada em um quarto que ficava na altura da avenida, sem isolamento do som da rua. O frigobar não estava funcionando; a área do banheiro não possuía a divisória do box e o quarto e as roupas de cama possuíam cheiro de mofo (quem for alérgico, sente assim que entra no quarto, ficava no primeiro andar).Pedi para trocar de quarto e a equipe da recepção foi atenciosa em acolher minha situação. O 2º quarto, no quinto andar, era um pouco mais agradável, pois o barulho da rua era menor, pude abrir as janelas para entrar luz natural, banheiro em condições um pouco melhores. Permaneci da estadia pois não tinha outra alternativa de última hora.

Estadia boa! Limpeza boa, só não gostei da situação q passei sobre o estacionamento na descrição fala que tem estacionamento no local, com sujeito a cobrança do manobrista, até aí OK, cheguei pra hospedar o estacionamento é cobrado parte e não tinha mais vaga e infelizmente não colocaram na descrição do anúncio. Sim a qualidade do café é excelente,as Cozinheira nota mil de simpatia e elegância,o ar estava no ponto,tudo estava nos conforme, somente o barulho da rua não foi confortável, se colocasse um blindex ante ruído seria nota 1.000,00 porque tem a estação na porta e muito moradores de rua gritando toda a noite, mas isso é um detalhe fora do hotel.
