Our evening flight to Guarulhos airport was cancelled at the very last minute so we did not benefit from our room at Comfort Hotel Guarulhos. Although I can not judge the hotel room, I give a 1 star review because of the absolute lack of communication between the hotel and its customers. One week has passed since the event and I have sent multiple emails, whatsapp messages but I still have not received any answer. Even Hotels.com customer service never got a replied at the phone or via email.

I was disappointed with my stay. The shower was leaking water and flooded the entire bathroom every time it was used. The hair dryer was also not working, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but they do not clearly inform you that it only goes to Terminal 2. When I arrived at Terminal 2 and asked the driver if he was going to Terminal 3, he was very rude and told me that if I had any questions, I should call the front desk instead of asking him. Another important point is that the hotel is not actually five minutes from the airport as advertised. Overall, this experience was frustrating and did not meet my expectations.
