Disney's Hollywood Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"When we arrived the staff was very helpful, especially with luggage! We checked in the smell they use throughout the hotel definitely wasn't my favorite but it was obviously not a deal breaker! There are two restaurants on site but once they're closed there isn't anywhere close to get food. We asked the front desk if we could order food in and that was a no go! The staff also won't remind you about being able to get in on the hotel stay line so keep
That in mind so you don't get stuck in the hot long regular line to get into the park!"
"Very nice hotel. Breakfast was fantastic! Loved the fresh juice bar! And omelette station chef was always smiling and accommodating on requests. Staff in lounge were great especially Mahen. He really payed attention to our mom’s disability and helped wherever he could."
"The house keeping staffs work very hard and have very nice attitude to keep room clean and tidy.
The room services are prompt and professional.
A very good managed hotel and the stay experience is excellent."
"Rooms are very small. The ventilation is so bad that after a shower, the moisture never left the room and got the floor all wet in the whole room. The AC was so loud and never stopped buzzing, which kept us up all night when really needed a good sleep before getting on a long flight the next morning. The beddings smelled very bad of dampness. Wouldn’t stay here again. "
"Staff here are all super helpful and communicating was super easy via WhatsApp. We had an AC issue with our room and they sent the engineer to fix it multiple times during our stay (even in the late night hours). When they eventually determined it couldn't be fixed, we were offered a room switch & they helped us move our luggages as well. Love the location as it is right on top of a mall, MTR station, & bus terminal. It is a little out of the way from the city center but still very convenient & love the spacious family/friend room with the 3 beds. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a little extra space and/or longer stay. Biggest wish is for on-site laundry but there is a 24-hr laundromat nearby."
